Zoho People has no native driver for most Indian biometric terminals, so HR teams export CSV files every day and re-upload them. That is slow, error-prone and breaks regularization and payroll cut-offs.

• Secure connection with your Zoho data centre (India, US, EU, AU, JP) using OAuth - Client ID, secret and refresh token, or import the credentials JSON file.
• Biometric ID mapping: link every employee's device PIN to the Zoho Employee ID or e-mail; auto-match from Zoho or import the employee list from Zoho People.
• Push check-in / check-out for any date range, or switch on the schedule (every N minutes) and forget about it.
• Automatic cron or web-cron endpoint, push log with success / failure per employee and date, safe retries - nothing is pushed twice.
• Works together with shifts, rosters, holidays, leave and mobile punches in eSamsSoft - Zoho receives the final, validated times.

• Point the eSSL / Biomax / ZKTeco device to your eSamsSoft workspace address (Cloud Server / ADMS setting).
• Open Utilities - Zoho People, save the credentials and map employees.
• Turn on the schedule. Punches appear in Zoho People attendance within minutes.
