Frequently asked questions

Which ZKTeco models are supported?

Models with ADMS / push communication (cloud server setting). Older devices that only support TCP pull on port 4370 need a push-capable firmware or a local bridge.

Can I migrate users from ZKTime / BioTime?

Yes - import employees from Excel / CSV, or read users from the device with fingerprint and face templates.

Can I run ZKTeco and eSSL devices together?

Yes. Mixed brands work in the same workspace.
